Welcome to Burn Studio. By purchasing memberships, booking classes, attending sessions, using our website or mobile app, or participating in any services provided by Burn Studio (“Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Participation Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate without parental or legal guardian consent. By participating in classes or services, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in exercise activities and assume responsibility for your health and well-being.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness classes, including but not limited to indoor cycling, reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, strength training, stretching, and related activities, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or other physical harm. Clients voluntarily participate at their own risk.

Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

3. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burn Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in studio activities, use of equipment, or presence on studio premises, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Membership Terms

Auto-Renewal

All contract memberships automatically renew at the end of the membership term unless written cancellation notice is provided by the client.

Cancellation Policy

Clients have thirty (30) days following renewal to notify Burn Studio if they wish to cancel their renewed agreement.

Early Termination

Contract memberships canceled before the end of the agreed term are subject to a $75 early termination fee.

Payment Authorization

By purchasing a membership or package, clients authorize Burn Studio to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees, recurring membership charges, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, retail purchases, and other authorized charges.

5. Class Booking & Cancellation Policies

Classes and appointments may require advance booking. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in fees or loss of class credits according to studio policy. Policies may vary by class type, membership, or package.

Burn Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or modify class offerings at any time.

6. Studio Etiquette

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow clients. Burn Studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships without refund for inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or harassing behavior.

7. Health & Safety

Clients agree not to attend classes while experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, fever, or other conditions that could place others at risk.

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or physical limitations before participating.

8. Personal Property

Burn Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto studio premises.

9. Retail Purchases

All retail sales are subject to Burn Studio’s return and exchange policies. Certain items may be final sale.

10. Digital Communications

By providing contact information, clients consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from Burn Studio, including email and SMS messages related to bookings, reminders, promotions, studio announcements, and account notifications. Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All Burn Studio branding, logos, content, graphics, videos, choreography, class formats, and materials are the property of Burn Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

12. Photography & Media Release

Burn Studio may occasionally photograph or record classes, events, or studio activities for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending the studio, clients grant permission for their likeness to be used unless written notice is provided in advance.

13. Changes to Terms

Burn Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of studio services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
